Job Summary

To serve as the main contact between customers and the company, managing professional relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate B2B customer accounts independently to maintain strong business relationships
• Respond promptly to individual B2C customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with customers to resolve operational issues efficiently
• Proactively contact customers to collect feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service quality
• Complete administrative and paperwork tasks accurately during downtime to support team operations
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Use basic computer functions, including MS Office Suite, to complete daily tasks efficiently
• Apply strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and adapt beyond current job scope as needed
