Talent Acquisition Executive

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a client in the technology sector to appoint a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys proactive sourcing and relationship building and is keen develop themselves as a consultative talent partner.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business priorities, define hiring requirements and translate these into thoughtful and targeted recruitment strategies. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, with responsibility for talent mapping, direct sourcing, candidate engagement, screening and overall pipeline management across a range of functions and markets.

A key focus of the role will be proactive talent identification. You will be encouraged to look beyond traditional recruitment channels, explore different talent communities and develop creative sourcing approaches to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will act as a talent advisor to the business, providing market insights, identifying potential pipeline challenges and constructively challenging hiring requirements where appropriate. You will be expected to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, bringing a thoughtful and personalised approach to each search.

Ideal Profile

The successful candidate will ideally bring up to 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience gained within an in-house or agency environment. You should demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, high emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.

Experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping or regional recruitment would be advantageous, although the organisation is equally open to candidates earlier in their careers who demonstrate strong potential, learning agility and an interest in developing into a broader Talent Acquisition Partner. Fresh graduates with relevant recruitment or Talent Acquisition internship experience are also welcome to apply.
