Your Role

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Conduct onboarding and in-house training
Develop recruitment channels through online and social media platforms
Support recruitment campaigns and digital marketing activities
Build strong relationships with candidates
Track and analyse recruitment performance
Develop leadership, communication and business skills for future management opportunities
