Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our Singapore market and oversee marketing for Japan and the Philippines. You’ll own the Singapore marketing calendar, from product launches and retail campaigns to mall marketing and activations, and turn business objectives into plans that drive revenue, traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Singapore Marketing & Regional Market Oversight

• Own the Singapore marketing calendar and translate business objectives into marketing plans that drive revenue, traffic and customer engagement.
• Lead product launches, retail campaigns, mall marketing, activations and local marketing initiatives, while providing oversight of marketing priorities in Japan and the Philippines.
• Monitor market performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, campaign effectiveness, budgets and marketing ROI, identifying commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to regional markets, ensuring local marketing plans align with BTV’s broader brand and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate closely with Retail, Merchandising, VM, Graphics, Visual Communications and regional stakeholders to maximise key launches, trading periods and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure key HQ campaigns and initiatives are appropriately localised across markets, providing support where required.

Campaign & Commercial Planning

• Translate product and commercial priorities into clear market-specific marketing plans.
• Determine the appropriate level of marketing support based on the commercial importance and opportunity of each launch.
• Review campaign performance and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand Growth, Social & Content, CRM & Customer Growth and Marketing Operations.
• Represent Singapore, Japan and Philippines requirements within HQ planning.
• Coordinate with the wider Creative and Commercial teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.

Leadership

• Provide direction and guidance to teams and partners supporting their assigned markets.
• Support and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Operate with increasing autonomy, commercial judgement and confidence in stakeholder management.

Requirements include:

• 5–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
• Proven experience planning and delivering retail marketing campaigns, product launches and activations, across both physical retail and e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s consumer, cultural landscape, and media ecosystem.
• Experience overseeing or supporting marketing across multiple markets; familiarity with Japan or the Philippines is a plus.
• Confident using performance data (revenue, traffic, conversion and ROI) to guide marketing decisions.
• Experience guiding teams or external partners, and mentoring junior team members.
• Commercially minded with the ability to link marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
• Highly organised, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high ownership.
