WN Academy is growing fast. With 12 centres across Malaysia and Singapore and the 24-year-old Long Yan Cup behind us, we're getting ready for our next stage of expansion.

To get there, we need the right people, fast. That's where you come in.

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (high-volume or multi-branch hiring is a big plus)

• Have built or improved a recruitment or onboarding process before

• Are organised, fast-moving and results-driven

• Can communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus)

• Experience in education or a multi-outlet business is an advantage

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for teachers, centre staff and managers

• Build a recruitment system that works: talent pipelines, hiring channels and a clear selection process

• Design onboarding SOPs so every new hire knows exactly what to do from Day 1

• Run new-hire training so new staff become confident and ready in the shortest time possible

• Track hiring data and keep improving the process

• Travel to our centres when needed to support hiring and onboarding
