We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manifesting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the core link between our inventory, logistics, and data management systems. Your primary responsibility will be creating, verifying, and processing shipping, passenger, or cargo manifests with 100% accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional data-entry skills, and ensures compliance with all industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manifest Creation: Generate, review, and finalize accurate manifests for [cargo / passengers / inventory / shipments] using our internal database systems.
• Data Verification: Cross-reference physical documentation, invoices, and digital records to ensure all listed data matches perfectly.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to local, national, and international regulatory standards for transport and documentation.
• System Management: Update and maintain real-time tracking systems and logistics software.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and swiftly resolve any data errors, missing information, or discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless operational flow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, or TMS) and standard office suites (Microsoft Excel/Office).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for spotting minor errors.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for team coordination.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
