Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SEO professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of client campaigns, managing projects end-to-end. You will analyze, review, and implement strategic changes to optimize client websites for maximum visibility. As search evolves, you will be our frontline expert staying ahead of the curve to ensure our clients succeed across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Manage multiple client SEO projects simultaneously, taking full ownership from the initial discovery phase through to successful campaign execution and reporting.
• Site Audits & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of client websites to identify technical, on-page, and off-page areas needing improvement.
• Strategy Development: Prepare and present detailed, actionable strategy reports and campaign roadmaps tailored to each client's specific business goals.
• Campaign Execution: Create, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns designed to improve client rankings, organic traffic, and overall digital footprint.
• Industry Innovation: Stay proactively up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across traditional SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables, reports, and site implementations are executed with a meticulous, attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in an SEO or digital marketing role, with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish (agency experience is a strong plus).
• Modern Search Expertise: A strong understanding of current search dynamics, including the growing impact of GEO and AEO on site visibility.
• Multitasking & Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the proven ability to seamlessly juggle multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines.
• Extreme Attention to Detail: You spot the small technical errors, content gaps, and data anomalies that others miss.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive real-world results for clients.
