Job Overview

Timuran Setia Industri KL Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure work progresses according to project schedules, requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

• Able to manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities effectively.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and project progress.

• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to requirements.

• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties

• Monitor project schedules, workmanship, and site safety.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues to minimise project delays.

• Prepare and provide site progress updates to the Project Manager or management.

• Guide junior site team members when required.c
