• Identify and develop new business opportunities to sell manpower/crewing solutions to clients within the oil & gas, marine, and offshore industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their manpower needs.
• Develop and present manpower solutions proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements for manpower supply and crewing services.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the Manpower Solutions business line.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and pricing benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment/crewing team to ensure manpower supply meets client requirements and timelines.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
• Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote manpower solutions services.
• Manage client relationships post-contract, ensuring satisfaction and resolving service delivery escalations.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
