Responsibilities

• 
  Develop innovative food products, menus, and recipes to cater to market trends

• Responsible for projecting food costs to meet the business forecast

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and factory, to ensure successful product launches

• Continue to review and improve existing product recipes

• Production of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Provide process/method training to operations staff

Requirements

• 
  Minimum of 5 years related experience

• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards

• Proven work experience in a similar role with a track record of creating innovative menu items or successful food products

• Strong sense of dish plating and creativity

• Strong skills in planning, communication, and problem-solving

• Good team player, self-initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
