岗位职责

Job Description

Assist ingathering and documenting user requirements and system specifications.
Support the Project Lead and Chief of Staff in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation.
Coordinate meetings, reserve meeting rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in master data maintenance, report generation, and dashboard updates.
Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.
Track progress of project deliverables and update project schedules timely.
Liaise with end users and vendors on assigned tasks.
Support end users by providing first level support.
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to third party vendor support as required.
Assist in the development and update of SOPs and user guides.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Analytics or its equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity in data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SQL and Python will be advantageous
Have a quality mindset with acute attention-to-detail skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency and an open mind to learn
