A hybrid role combining sales administration, customer service and events support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via email and follow up on orders

Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices

Coordinate deliveries and event requirements with internal teams

Support corporate/private clients with gifting and customised orders

Assist with event preparation and occasional on-site deployment

Support guest engagement, stock coordination and general event operations

Requirements:
Experience in sales admin, customer service or events preferred

Organised, proactive and service-oriented

Good communication and client-handling skills

Comfortable supporting on-site events when required
