About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through face-to-face campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Understand customer needs and introduce suitable products or services.
• Support sales, customer acquisition, and business development initiatives.
• Represent client brands professionally during marketing campaigns.
• Contribute towards individual and team performance objectives.
• Work closely with teammates to execute campaigns and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship sessions.
• Develop practical skills in sales, communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership.
