About CSA Established in 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks to keep Singapore's cyberspace safe and secure to underpin our Nation Security, power a Digital Economy and protect our Digital Way of Life. It maintains an oversight of national cybersecurity functions and works with sector leads to protect Singapore's Critical Information Infrastructure. CSA also engages with various stakeholders to heighten cyber security awareness, build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem supported by a robust workforce, pursue international partnerships and drive regional cybersecurity capacity building programmes. Responsibilities

What you will be working on

You will be part of the Communications and Engagement team, which is responsible for the formulation and implementation of communications strategies, the management of CSA's digital media channels and the engagement of public and private sector stakeholders to raise the level of cybersecurity awareness and adoption to various audiences. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Promote and publicise CSA's initiatives and programmes through effective owned and earned publicity, and profile CSA as a cyber thought leader locally and internationally
• Oversee CSA's digital channels including websites and social media channels
• Design and develop integrated communications plans, including conceptualising creative social media strategies
• Optimise content for different social media channels to ensure maximum reach and engagement with the target audience
• Oversee awareness surveys and conduct regular reviews of CSA social media performance to develop strategies for intervention
• Manage appointed agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality work
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, including digital communications, media relations and/or public engagement
• Experience in public and/or private sector communications work targeted at the consumer, government and/or industry
• Good understanding of multi-channel communications including new media trends
• A high-energy individual with strong critical thinking and the ability to engage and interact with varied stakeholders
