About the role
You are the voice, heart, and face of our brand as a livestreamer. You will lead energetic, engaging live shopping sessions primarily on TikTok Shop, while dual-streaming or co-hosting on Shopee when required. You won't be doing this alone, our entire growth, e-commerce, and operations team is fully prepared and ready to back you up with everything you need, from killer product offers and aesthetic live stream setups to proven live shopping strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Livestream Preparation & Execution (Primary Focus)
Primary Live Host (TikTok & Shopee):
Lead energetic, engaging live shopping sessions primarily on
TikTok Shop
, while dual-streaming or co-hosting on
Shopee
when required.
Scent Profile & Product Mastery:
Thoroughly familiarise yourself with our full fragrance catalogue; mastering top/heart/base notes, fragrance accords, olfactory profiles, mood pairings, and key usage instructions before going live.
Pre-Stream Planning & Cross-Team Alignment:
Coordinate with ops to ensure display testers, blotters, and bundles are set up before streams, plan product rundowns, and collaborate with the growth team on creative stream ideas and viewer feedback to drive GMV over time.
Physical Cue & Product Flow Control:
Manage item transitions seamlessly on-camera; handling each fragrance display, spray demo, and gift bundle in the correct sequence during the broadcast.
Live Comment Monitoring & Real-Time Q&A:
Actively monitor live viewer comments and answer questions on-air regarding fragrance notes, longevity, usage tips, pricing, promo codes, stock availability, and shipping without breaking your broadcast flow.
Community Engagement:
Build rapport with recurring viewers, foster an inviting atmosphere, and occasionally support light community engagement across brand social touchpoint when needed.
Viewer Feedback & Internal Notes:
Note down recurring customer questions, scent requests, or viewer feedback during streams, sharing basic post-live notes with our internal team to help inform future product pushes and stream planning.
Content Creation
Short-Form & Pre-Stream Video Production:
Shoot and edit a weekly quota of short-form social videos (TikTok, Reels) as well as pre-livestream teaser videos to hype up upcoming streams and drive viewers to our live broadcasts.
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong Command of English:
Excellent verbal communication skills - clear, confident, articulate, and expressive on camera.
Natural Camera Presence:
High energy and comfortable hosting extended live sessions (up to 3 hours) while keeping viewers engaged throughout.
Scent & Storytelling Aptitude:
Ability to eloquently describe scents, moods, and sensory experiences on camera to make products feel tangible to viewers.
Experience (Preferred, but not required):
Prior livestream hosting experience (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada), UGC content creation, or work within the
Beauty, Fragrance, or FMCG
industries is highly preferred.
Basic Mobile Video Editing:
Practical working knowledge of CapCut or similar mobile editing apps to quickly trim and edit short-form videos.
Detail-Oriented:
Quick to memorise scent pyramids, product benefits, and promotional mechanics to answer live buyer questions accurately on the spot.
Team-Oriented & Adaptable:
Comfortable taking direction and simple talk tracks from the team while adding your personal flair on camera.
