Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for aviation and logistics services.

Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, ground handlers, transport providers, and vendors to ensure smooth cargo and operational movements.

Support flight operations, cargo handling, documentation, and shipment coordination activities.

Ensure timely execution of operational requirements and adherence to customer service standards.

Prepare, verify, and maintain operational and shipping documentation accurately.

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, customs requirements, and company SOPs.

Monitor and ensure proper filing and record keeping of operational documents.

Assist in handling operational audits and regulatory inspections when required.

Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status, operational updates, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery.

Support escalation handling and resolve operational issues promptly.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare operational reports as required.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Assist management with operational planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

Participate in operational meetings and provide operational updates when required.
