About the Roles

Join the team as an Electrical Engineering Manager (ACMV) based in Tengah, working on a 1-year renewable contract. This role follows a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with company transportation provided. The remuneration package includes Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits, offering an opportunity to lead engineering activities across project design, tendering and ongoing project support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead technical design and cost estimation activities for upcoming projects.
• Provide engineering support for ongoing company projects.
• Review designs and tender submissions to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, codes and industry practices.
• Evaluate project costs and tender pricing to maintain competitive and cost-effective submissions.
• Assess project opportunities and negotiate pricing with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, building owners, architects and developers.
• Analyse competitor and supplier market information to support accurate and competitive tender pricing.
• Lead and oversee the engineering team and other electrical engineering staff.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical, ACMV or M&E design and project engineering.
• Experience in cost estimation, tender preparation and tender evaluation.
• Good knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards and tender requirements.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications and project costs.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering, design and costing software.
