About The Role

The Executive, Marketing Support is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities and full compliance with internal policies and procedures. This role contributes to DKSH's business by managing procurement processes, coordinating events and documentation, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enable effective and compliant marketing delivery.

What You Will Deliver

• Deliver day-to-day operational support to the marketing team to ensure seamless and compliant execution of marketing activities and initiatives
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures to ensure compliant and timely procurement
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and creation, ensuring all required supporting documents are complete and accurately maintained
• Process invoices, monitor payment status, and liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Ensure all marketing activities obtain the necessary internal compliance approvals before execution and payment processing
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings, events, advisory boards, webinars, and educational programs to ensure smooth and professional execution
• Prepare and maintain contracts, service agreements, sponsorship agreements, and related documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and governance compliance
• Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within the required deadlines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, budgets, and supporting documents to support audit readiness and compliance
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Compliance, Finance, Procurement teams, and external vendors to resolve operational issues and drive seamless cross-functional execution
• Support budget tracking and expense reconciliation to maintain financial visibility and effective cost control
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in sales administration support; familiarity with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an advantage
• Strong ability in report preparation, paperwork management, and maintaining organized documentation
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel (V-Lookup and Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask effectively across multiple priorities with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in the local language and, ideally, in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work on-site at The Ascent, Paradigm Mall
