What You Will Do

Promote Products : Setup at malls, events, and roadshows to promote credit cards to potential customers .

Explain the perks: Break down the card features and benefits in a way that's easy for customers to understand.

Help with applications: Do quick checks to see if customers qualify and guide them through the paperwork.

Hit your goals: Follow up with interested customers and work toward your daily/monthly sales targets.

What You Need to Join

Education: Minimum SPM. (Having a diploma in business, finance, or marketing is a nice bonus, but not necessary required).

Experience: Entry-level friendly! Retail or sales experience is a plus, but if you are motivated, outgoing, and willing to learn, you are encouraged to apply.

Communication: You are able to talk to people and build trust quickly.

Languages: Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing other languages is a big advantage.

Basic Finance Knowledge: You should have a general idea of how credit cards and repayments work.

Flexibility: You are comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to be on your feet during your shifts.
