• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant F&B management experience

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

• Good understanding of F&B operations, P&L, cost control and sales performance

• Energetic, responsible and willing to be hands-on when required

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Candidates with experience managing multiple outlets will have an added advantage

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets

• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence

• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service and customer experience

• Monitor and improve sales performance, food cost, labour cost and operating expenses

• Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational procedures

• Manage inventory, purchasing and stock control

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally

• Conduct staff training, performance reviews and manpower planning

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and overall business performance
