Minimum of2–3 years of working experience in accounting and a strong familiarity with accounting audits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount).

Fluency in English and Mandarin (to coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders and handle specific commercial accounts).

Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of solving complex problems under strict deadlines.

Strong communication and organizational coordination skills.

Daily Transactions: Handle the daily issuance of credit notes and verify supplier invoices.

Financial Management: Update and manage depreciation, accruals, prepayments, deposits, and fixed asset records.

Banking: Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions.

Reporting: Calculate TikTok sales, sales commissions and departmental incentives

Auditing: Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.

Filing& Checking: Ensure the accurate filing of all accounting documents; review & check order invoices.
