About the Roles

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator with a piping distributor located in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm with a basic salary plus performance bonus. You will support sales operations by coordinating customer orders, internal teams, and daily administrative activities to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders and quotations while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Provide customers with updates on order progress, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and update records in the system.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product/technical support with training provided.
• Prepare simple sales reports and assist with inventory tracking activities when required.
• Support the sales team with administrative duties and internal coordination.
• Ensure sales processes are carried out according to company procedures and customer service standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum O-Levels qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an advantage.
