Job Title: Business Operations & Creative Executive (Food & Beverage)

About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented individual with an interest in business operations, creative design, and the food and beverage industry. This role supports day-to-day accounting, HR, administration, and branding activities, combining practical business support with creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and finance support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, payment records, and preparing financial information for review.
• Creative and branding support: Create simple posters, promotional materials, menus, and social media graphics while maintaining consistent branding and attention to detail.
• HR and administration: Support recruitment coordination, employee records, filing, scheduling, and general office administration.
• Research and information gathering: Find relevant information through credible online sources, including supplier options, industry trends, business resources, and competitor activities.
• Problem-solving and improvement: Identify practical ways to improve workflows, support promotions, and contribute fresh ideas to the business.
• Team coordination: Work with colleagues and external partners to keep tasks organised and completed on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative work.
• A creative background or portfolio demonstrating an eye for layout, design, and branding.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to approach problems creatively.
• Resourcefulness in finding, checking, and organising information online.
• Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• A willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities.
• A passion for food, drinks, hospitality, and customer experiences.

Experience

Relevant education, internships, personal projects, or hands-on experience in business administration, accounting, design, marketing, or hospitality would be an advantage. Candidates with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,900.00 per month
