About The Rogue Method

The Rogue Method is a physiotherapy clinic in the Singapore CBD.

Our core belief is that client experience is the most important part of what we do, and we've built a space to reflect our mission: To raise the standard in Physiotherapy!

As soon as you walk through our doors, it's clear we're not a standard medical clinic. Black painted walls, neon signs and a carefully curated playlist that feels warm and fun! Our clients range from athletes and fitness enthusiasts, to busy professionals, older adults and people working through rehabilitation.

We're a small, growing team, and everyone plays an important role in creating the experience our clients have with us.

The Role

We're looking for a Front Desk / Receptionist to be the face of The Rogue Method.

You'll be the first person many of our clients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, organised, confident with people and fits our vibe.

Clinical experience isn't required.

You could come from a café, restaurant, hotel, gym, retail or other customer-facing environment. We're more interested in your personality, attitude and ability to do the job well than whether you've worked in a clinic before.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome clients and create a great experience from the moment they arrive
• Manage appointments and client information using our booking systems
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and general enquiries
• Process payments and assist with general administration
• Support our physiotherapists with day-to-day admin
• Keep the front desk and clinic tidy, organised and welcoming
• Help with general clinic operations as we continue to grow

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable talking to people
• Organised and reliable
• Confident using computers and able to learn new software quickly
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Professional without being overly formal or corporate
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• A genuine team player
• Someone who takes pride in the little things

What Will Help You Stand Out?:

• Marketing/social media content creation
• Have experience in events or team building activities

You don't need to know what every muscle in the human body does.

We'll teach you the clinic-specific stuff. What we're really looking for is someone competent, personable and a great fit for The Rogue Method.
