Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches
Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay.
Property or sales experience is an advantage
岗位职责
Approach and engage potential customers through roadshows, promotional booths, and other sales activities.
Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable property projects.
Conduct property presentations, consultations, and viewings to support customers in making purchasing decisions.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups, booking, documentation, and loan application coordination.
Keep up to date with project details, pricing, promotions, and property market trends.
Work towards individual sales targets and build long-term relationships with customers.
