Are you a finance leader looking for an opportunity to influence business performance across Asia and partner with senior stakeholders in a complex global organization?

We are supporting a leading global manufacturing and technology organization in their search for a Regional FP&A Manager – Asia to join their regional finance team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and forecasting into a highly business-facing role. Working across multiple countries and functions, you will provide the financial insight and commercial perspective that supports strategic decisions, business growth and operational performance across Asia.

The role will partner closely with regional leadership as well as Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance teams. You will support strategic initiatives including capital investments, customer programs, pricing decisions, business expansion and other regional projects, using financial modelling and scenario analysis to help leaders understand opportunities, risks and trade-offs.

A key part of the mandate will also be improving financial visibility across the region. You will analyse revenue, margins, working capital, capex and cost performance, translating complex financial and operational information into clear recommendations for senior management.

Beyond the numbers, this position offers the opportunity to improve how FP&A operates across Asia. You will help strengthen and standardize reporting processes, enhance FP&A tools and capabilities, and support automation and business intelligence initiatives that enable faster and better decision-making.

We are looking for candidates with approximately 8–12+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance or business finance, ideally with exposure to multi-country operations in Asia. Experience within manufacturing, technology, electronics, EMS, semiconductor or other complex industrial environments would be particularly relevant.

Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities are important, together with a solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and operational performance. Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools will also be valuable.

From a leadership perspective, we are looking for someone commercially minded, analytical and collaborative. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing stakeholders without direct authority and working across different countries and functions within a matrixed multinational environment.
