• Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting across all Archdiocesan entities, including timely financial statements, consolidated reports, and completion of statutory audits.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments, collections, and reconciliations while maintaining strong internal controls and effective fund management.
• Manage cash flow and treasury operations to ensure sufficient liquidity, oversee banking and investment activities, and provide strategic advice on financial planning and resource optimization
• Ensure full compliance with SST, e-Invoicing, and other regulatory requirements, staying updated on financial legislation and coordinating with consultants and authorities on compliance matters
• Drive efficiency and accuracy by optimizing the Archdiocesan financial system (Autocount), enhancing financial processes and controls, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Financial Services team, fostering transparency, accountability, and service excellence while collaborating with departments, parishes, and ministries on financial matters.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
