Job Title: Telemarketer – Employment Agency (Freelance / Part-Time)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer to support our employment agency's business development activities. The successful candidate will contact potential corporate clients, introduce our recruitment services and arrange meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients and employers.
Introduce the company's recruitment and employment agency services.
Identify companies with recruitment needs and generate sales leads.
Arrange appointments and meetings for the business development team.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate call records.
Achieve daily calling targets and agreed performance KPIs.
Job Requirements
Good communication and telephone skills.
Confident, friendly and comfortable making outbound calls.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-oriented.
Able to handle rejection professionally and follow up consistently.
Basic computer skills and good record-keeping abilities.
Previous telemarketing, telesales or business development experience is an advantage.
