Your Mission

Close premium skincare & spa packages

Achieve minimum monthly sales targets (up to $100K)

Build loyal, repeat clientele

Drive consistent revenue growth

Deliver a top-tier consultation experience

Your Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth skincare consultations

Recommend bespoke treatment and product solutions

Maintain exceptional service standards

Build strong client relationships and retention

Support boutique presentation and brand image

We Want

Minimum 1 year beauty / spa sales experience

Proven sales track record

Confident and persuasive communicator

Resilient, target-driven mindset

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in luxury beauty or spa retail

Polished, professional, and well-groomed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about skincare and client care

Working Hours

5 Days per Week

44 hours per week

Shift basis:
10:00am – 7:00pm

11:00am – 8:00pm

Includes weekends & public holidays

Compensation

Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,500

(based on experience & performance)

Uncapped Personal Commission (up to 22% structure)
