Responsibilities:

• To assist in contract administration, budget control, prepare progress claims and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
• Call quotations, evaluation of price comparison and prepare bill of quantities for tender submission
• To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
• Monitor project income expenditure

Requirement:
. Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in built environment
• Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Be adaptable and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Remuneration will commensurate with experience
