Expertise / Skills: 

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years warehouse experience 

• Attention to detail 

• Able to read and understand packing slips, work instructions or any process or document that helps to perform the warehouse operations. 

• Must be able interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals. 

• Ability to calculate mathematical values. 

• Must have a working knowledge of Internet software usage, order processing systems, inventory software and word processing software.

• Must be knowledgeable in warehousing procedures

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills 

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions

• Knowledge of excel preferred but not required 

• Familiar with corrective actions, lean manufacturing, 5s methodology preferred but not required

Ability to give attention to detail is a must Qualifications: 

• Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours a day

• Ability to take initiative and work with close supervision and results driven

• Experience in a warehouse environment

• Experience in the use computer

• Ensures the continuous flow of work and compliance to production schedules according to the specifications.

• Responsible for managing and measuring KPIs for the warehouse area to be assigned.

• Plan, coordinate, schedule and monitor movement of material throughout the warehouse.

• Responsible to supply raw material components to other Rapid facilities if is required.

• Responsible to receive, package and ship finished product coming from other Rapid facilities to meet customer OTD if is required.

• Direct and manages all physical inventory activities and cycle counts to meet inventory accuracy objectives  Recruits, trains and monitors the performance and progress of staff.

• Coordinate new and current employee training to include, but not limited to the following: Personal safety, forklift safety, warehouse policy, procedures, and SOPs

• Works with personal to monitor critical supplies for the day-to-day operations.

• Organizes and encourages teamwork spirit to ensure productivity targets are met.

• Oversees stock control and order processing.

• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer services with a high sense of urgency  Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.

• Other duties as assigned

• Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records if is required 

• Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items

• Operate lift truck or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage area if is required Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery if is required

• Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material to maintain accurate inventory records

• Verify receipts and log them according to required procedures if is required

• To maintain control and identification of material received for proper inventory control according to the type of receipt 

• To validate and maintain records in ERP system Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly documented in the daily operation Regularly enter inventory data on a timely basis

• Assist management in recycling material in the warehouse

• Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide warehouse information as requested

• Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the warehouse Advise management of cycle count issues on a timely basis

• Safely utilize forklifts cum power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed.
