Full Job Description

Bitcon Builder Sdn Bhd is looking for a hardworking and responsible General Worker to join our Service & Maintenance team.

No experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided. We welcome candidates who are willing to learn, hardworking and interested in developing practical skills in service and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced workers with daily service, repair and maintenance works.
• Follow the service team to customer premises and project sites.
• Assist with basic plumbing, installation, repair and maintenance works.
• Prepare and organise tools, equipment and materials required for each job.
• Assist with loading and unloading of tools and materials when required.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organised.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
• Follow company and site safety procedures.
• Perform other related service and maintenance duties when required.

Requirements

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
• Willing to learn and develop new practical skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as a team.
• Comfortable with hands-on and outdoor work.
• Willing to travel to different work locations with the service team.
• Candidates with plumbing, construction or maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid GDL licence will be an added advantage.
• Candidates without a GDL licence are also welcome to apply. The company can provide support and cover the relevant costs to obtain a GDL licence if required for the position.

Working Schedule

• 6 working days per week
• Overtime when required
• Overtime pay provided separately from basic salary

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
