As the driver for the design and implementation of company-wide rewards and benefits programmes and initiatives, we are seeking a future-ready Rewards and Benefits Partner to support and execute the programmes and initiatives; as well as to help manage all day-to-day and operational activities.

The individual will be working closely with other team members within the HR team in co-creating a robust and agile team strategically-aligned with the company’s growth and changing priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide analytical and hands-on support to the delivery of programmes and initiatives
• Provide advisory support to HRBP on rewards-related matters
• Manage market benchmarking exercise
• Design and review compensation ranges
• Support equity plan management and system implementation
• Manage internal stakeholders including within HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Rewards and Benefits
• Experience in Financial Services or Technology industry will be an added advantage
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, dynamic and proactive
• Strong desire to work in a fast paced and high growth environment
• High learning agility and adaptability
• Excellent stakeholder management
