Working hour

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Roles

Manage school operational processes (scheduling, correspondence, logistics for events, exams, meetings)

Address and log facility defects, feedback, and operational disruptions

Supervise contractors for building maintenance and conduct routine checks on facilities (classrooms, labs, AVA rooms)

Collaborate with Operations Support Officers (OSOs) on daily cleaning and asset maintenance

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders; prepare reports and admin documents

Support procurement and inventory management of school supplies and equipment

Support safety and security protocols

Assist with asset/inventory tracking and renovation project planning

Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

At least 2 years' relevant experience

Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy

FSM or WSH certification is an added advantage
