• Lead synthesis of Nielsen, Kantar, and retail data into category opportunities.
• Drive deep understanding of shopper missions, channel dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Build compelling, data-backed category sell stories for senior stakeholders and customers.
• Embed category perspective into innovation, demand planning, and campaign design.
• Act as trusted category advisor to key retailers in Joint Business Planning.
• Shape win-win growth plans with customers, influence in space allocation, and assortment expansion.
• Anchor category thinking in customer conversations and negotiations.
• Ensure strong alignment between category strategy and execution at shelf.
• Coach and mentor junior team members where applicable.
• Own category KPIs: Sales, Market Share, Margin, ROS, Penetration.
• Drive performance tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10 years in FMCG (F&B preferred) across Category Management / Trade Marketing / Commercial.
• Strong experience with Nielsen, Kantar, or equivalent market data tools.
• Proven track record in driving category growth and influencing key retailers.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and storytelling ability.
