Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement to maximise productivity.
• Manage warehouse systems and processes to optimise operational efficiency.
• Monitor raw material deliveries and ensure stocks are stored and issued according to FIFO.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain proper identification and organisation of warehouse materials.
• Implement an effective materials transfer system.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and support inventory planning for future requirements.
• Prepare and issue raw materials and packaging materials to Production based on stock requests and BMR requirements.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and stock audits.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports covering raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Ensure the warehouse, receiving and distribution areas are maintained in a clean, safe and secure condition.
• Maintain proper filing and arrangement of warehouse documents.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by Management or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Computer literate.
• Good organisational and inventory management skills.
• Experience with FIFO and stocktaking will be advantageous.
