Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Generate leads and build a pipeline through outreach, networking, events and referrals
• Run discovery calls and demos on our AI integration, custom systems and LexMindX
• Understand client pain points and work with our technical team to shape the proposal
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate and close deals
• Maintain client relationships and find upsell opportunities
• Track your pipeline and report progress regularly
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, software or solutions selling
• Able to explain technical solutions in simple business language
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to travel for client meetings within the Klang Valley

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling SaaS, AI, automation or software projects
• An existing network of SME or corporate decision-makers
• Interest in AI and emerging technology

Mind X is a Kuala Lumpur-based company that helps Malaysian businesses adopt AI by building custom business systems and integrating AI into existing tools (CRM, ERP, POS) and industry-specific solutions like LexMindX. This role is responsible for selling AI integrations and custom systems to SMEs and corporate clients, owning the sales pipeline from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation and closing while working closely with the technical team.
