One of our key clients is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join its Singapore office. You will support a range of HR activities, with a strong focus on learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of learning and development programmes for employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance, training materials, vendors and post-training administration.
• Maintain accurate training records and assist with learning reports, programme tracking and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with managers and employees to identify learning needs and support suitable development initiatives.
• Liaise regularly with colleagues and stakeholders in China and other North Asia offices on regional HR and learning activities.
• Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives and other HR operations as required.
• Provide responsive day-to-day HR support while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder with 3 years of relevant HR experience, with proven exposure to learning and development.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating training programmes from planning through completion and follow-up.
• Prior experience liaising and collaborating with colleagues or stakeholders in China and/or other North Asia offices is essential.
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• MUST HAVE: Relevant work experience in Singapore and currently based locally
