SwimSide is a growing swim school in Singapore providing private and public group swimming lessons for children and adults.

Our team consists of qualified swim coaches who are passionate about helping students build confidence, water safety skills and swimming ability in a positive learning environment.

Part-Time Admin & Content Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and creative part-timer to support SwimSide with a combination of administrative work, customer enquiries and social media content.

This is primarily an administrative support role, but a significant part of the position will involve helping our team plan and capture content for Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with WhatsApp and social media enquiries
• Help with class scheduling, attendance and basic administrative work
• Update customer and enquiry records
• Assist with trial class registrations and follow-ups
• Brainstorm Instagram Reel and TikTok content ideas
• Help plan weekly/monthly social media content
• Capture photos and short-form videos during swimming classes
• Assist with basic content creation using Canva and/or CapCut
• Organise photos and videos for future marketing use
• Follow coaches to selected swimming classes to help with content and attendance
