We are partnering with a leading global law firm on its search for an Associate to join its growing Corporate M&A practice in Singapore.

The team advises on high-quality transactions across energy, fintech and other sectors, giving you the opportunity to build broad M&A experience while developing deeper expertise in energy.

You’ll gain strong international exposure, work directly with clients from an early stage, and benefit from close partner mentorship as you develop your career as a M&A lawyer.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years’ PQE
• Strong M&A experience, particularly in energy-related transactions
• An interest in working across a broad range of sectors
