岗位职责
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of active ageing programmes for seniors within the Eunos Crescent community.
Oversee programme implementation to ensure activities comply with organisational standards and achieve targeted engagement outcomes.
Identify service users’ needs and translate them into new programmes, activities and services.
Establish programme evaluation processes, gather participant feedback and review programme outcomes.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance programme effectiveness and service quality.
Manage communications and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders supporting programme delivery.
Coordinate and guide volunteers in the planning and execution of programme activities.
Manage programme budgets, resources and expenditure in accordance with organisational policies.
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organisations and other relevant stakeholders to support programme implementation.
