Job Description:

Support supervision of Security Officers at assigned sites
Conduct regular site patrols and spot checks
Monitor officers’ conduct, punctuality, grooming and attendance
Assist with daily deployment and last-minute manpower replacements
Ensure officers hold valid security licences and required certifications
Maintain deployment records, incident reports and daily site summaries
Act as the first point of contact for ground officers
Escalate manpower, site and disciplinary matters to the Operations Executive
Support communication between ground officers and HQ Operations Team

Job Requirements:

Experience in security operations/supervision will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle manpower and operational matters
Responsible, organised and able to work independently
Willing to conduct regular site visits when required
