Human Resources Executive (2-year contract), Consumer Services

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global consumer organization in the search for a Human Resources Executive to join its Singapore team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build broader generalist exposure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will support a range of people initiatives, employee lifecycle activities and HR projects, with good exposure to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

As Human Resources Executive, you will support the HR team across a broad range of generalist activities, with a focus on employee experience, HR data and reporting, and day-to-day people initiatives.

You will support the maintenance and accuracy of employee data within Workday, prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, and ensure organizational charts and employee information are kept up to date. You will also coordinate and conduct exit interviews, consolidate employee feedback and identify relevant themes and insights for the HR team.

Beyond this, you will support employee engagement and people initiatives, assist with HR projects, and work closely with the wider HR team on various employee lifecycle activities. The role will require strong attention to detail, particularly around data integrity and reporting, alongside the confidence to interact with employees and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have approximately 1 to 3 years of HR experience, with a good foundation across HR generalist activities, employee engagement, HR coordination or HR projects.

You should be comfortable working with HR systems and employee data, with prior exposure to Workday or another HRIS being advantageous. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with data and reporting will be important.

You will be proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience within retail, consumer, lifestyle, hospitality or another fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
