Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering transactional and operational processes of the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure integrity of HR Data providing expert advice on HR processes and policies
• Maintain HR Knowledge managament repositories and document critical workflows
• Partner with in-country HR to migrate processes to HR Shared Services
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness, employee experience and operational efficiency
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and experience advising on HR policies and processes are essential
• HR Generalist with min of 1–2 years working experience is encouraged to apply!
• Cross-cultural experience gained from working culturally diverse environments
• Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in HR systems, Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
• Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
• Language skills (Korean @ Topic 5) is a MUST
• Experience in migration activities eg. Knowledge transfer and management, processes mapping and implementation will be advantagous.
