Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and ensure a high level of performance and growth
• Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objectives
• Ensure store visual merchandise complies with company SOP
• Lead and supervise a team of retail associates
• Ensure associates develop and retain a sense of ownership in their job
• Increase associate's product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating activities and training
• Manage and take ownership of inventory management and ensure daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory
• Handle customers queries in a professional manner
• Guide and coach onboarding associates
• Organize and scheduling of roster, including staff management and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of Retail experience
• Education: Diploma Qualification

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory position in fashion apparel category
• Excellent people/interpersonal skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Passion for retail

• CREATIVITY: Possess high degree of fashion trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Ability to identify problem, provide an in-depth perspective of the problem and solution to solve it. Generate ideas through creative thinking and critical evaluation.
