Salary: Up to $2,500
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5.5 Working Days)
Location: Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)

Key Duties:

• Welcome customers, handle appointments, walk-ins and inquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online bookings professionally, ensuring timely responses and accurate appointment scheduling.
• Handle daily front desk operations, including payment processing, issuing receipts and preparing daily sales reports.

Key Requirements :

• Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
• Must be comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
