岗位职责
Scope:
Carry out route inspections in the North, West, Central, North-East and East regions. A typical day is a mix of input checks, routine output checks and targeted audit checks.
Check whether cleaning contractors arrive on time with the right equipment and resources.
Check that cleaning has been completed according to the contract scope for each route.
Record findings, photos and video on the iPad inspection system.
Keep log sheets of your movements during the day.
Wear a GPS tracker while on duty and carry your authorisation letter at all times.
Help prepare weekly and monthly inspection reports.
Report any incident or accident straight away.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm.
Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
One night shift a month, in place of a day shift: 7:00pm to 10:30pm Monday to Thursday, or 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday.
One weekend shift a month.
Requirements
Good spoken and written English.
Comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and with using an iPad.
Physically fit, and able to walk long distances for up to 8 hours a day.
Able to work on your own with little supervision.
Previous experience in inspection, auditing, estate or facilities management, or enforcement is an advantage but not required.
