Role Description The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical support for aircraft systems and components, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing technical issues, performing troubleshooting, preparing technical reports, and recommending corrective actions in line with regulatory and manufacturer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to resolve technical concerns and optimize aircraft performance and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, requiring regular presence at operational and maintenance facilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with experience in aviation or a related engineering field.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear technical documentation.
• Relevant engineering degree or diploma in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulatory standards, and safety practices is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to operational requirements.
• Proficiency with technical manuals, maintenance systems, and standard office software tools is an advantage.
