Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML with 5+ years of relevant engineering experience and strong expertise in software development, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while contributing to technical architecture, team leadership, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems with a strong focus on AI/ML integration.
• Develop, train, and implement Machine Learning models and rule-based solutions.
• Analyze large datasets and develop effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in software architecture, technical design, and technology decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
• Review technical designs, implementation plans, and code for quality and compliance.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex software and technical issues and provide production support, including support at customer sites when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant engineering/software development experience, with meaningful exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with modern software development tools, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying production-grade software applications.

Technical Competencies

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, C++, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of software architecture, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with large datasets and data-driven solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience with version control, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices is preferred.

Experience

5+ years of relevant engineering/software development experience, preferably with hands-on experience in AI/ML, cloud technologies, software architecture, and production-grade application development.
