Requirements

  • 要求技能：AutoCad 3D Studiomax、Adobe Photoshop、MS Office。
  • 具备强烈的设计理念和细节感。
  • 良好的团队合作能力，具有强烈的承诺和自我激励。
  • 候选人至少必须拥有艺术/设计/创意多媒体或等同学历的文凭/高级文凭/更高文凭/研究生文凭。
  • 最好是专业从事建筑/室内设计或等同领域的初级职位。

Responsibilities

  • 创建和监控项目进度表；与客户、办公室和其他承包商进行更新沟通。
  • 与工程和其他部门合作，提供准确的图纸、文件和进展报告。
  • 与分包商一起工作，并在所有业务单位中注意安全。
  • 分析文件以准备与客户和供应商的提案。
